Responsibilities

For this Czech speaking support advisor role, you will be entitled with:

• resolving customer queries,
• recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities.
• answering how-to questions
• dealing with troubleshooting streaming and content issues

Requirements

What you must have in order to be our Czech speaking customer advisor is:

• Proficient knowledge of the Czech language, as well as good skills in the english language
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
